Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid, PLLA) is an injectable collagen biostimulator.
When injected into the dermis or subcutaneous layer, microscopic PLLA parti- cles initiate a controlled regenerative response. This stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen over time, restoring lost volume and improving skin quality progressively.
Rather than creating immediate bulk, Sculptra rebuilds the skin’s internal framework. Unlike traditional fillers that simply occupy space, Sculptra works gradually, restoring structure from within.
