The SmoothLiftin treatment is the first step of Fotona 4D Pro and the only laser treatment that can tighten the skin from the inside of the mouth where which is the nearest point to treat the SMAS layer. SmoothLiftin is a patented non-ablative modility of Er: YAG laser,  this also allow us to precisely utilise the SmoothLiftin technique to stimulate the regeneration of collagen and smooth the nasal lines and other wrinkles around the mouth.

Frac3: SKIN REJUVENATION AND BRIGHTENING MODE

By adopting a short-width pulse, Frac3 can precisely target the pigmentation and blood vessels in the epidermis and dermis to create three-dimension heat damage under the surface of the skin. You may feel a little bit of heat during this step as the energy penetrates into the deeper layer of the skin. It can cause the contraction of the elastin fibres of the deeper tissues, which creates the tightening effect along the SMAS layers. It triggers the skin’s self-repair mechanism to boost collagen production and metabolism of the pigments for brightening, rejuvenation and firming results.

Piano Nd: YAG is the third modality which is a non-ablative laser which can improve the loose skin and the fat tissues underneath to cause instant contrast and tighten. By gently heating up the all layers to reach 42°C, it helps to break down the fat cells in the areas such as the jawline, double chin and nasolabial lines, while as tightening the saggy skin for a more defined jawline and even better facial contouring.
