Ellansé is a dual action dermal filler while it can stimulate the skin’s natural collagen production. You will see the instant result right after the injection of Ellansé, which is the CMC-based carrier gel that acts immediately to volumise the area. Then PCL microspheres will degrade gradually to stimulate natural collagen production.

Before the treatment, the local anaesthetic cream will be applied on the treatment areas to reduce any discomfort. Ellansé will be injected into the needed areas by using a very fine cannula to minimise the risks and reduce bruising as well as shorten the downtime. The treatment takes around 30 minutes depending on how many areas are required.

The results is instant although there may be some initial swelling for 1-2 days. You will see further improvements after several months as your skin produces natural collagen.

Ellansé is injected with an ultrafine needle so the pain is minimal. Before the treatment, the treatment area will be applied local anaesthetic cream to reduce any discomfort.

– Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercises 2-3 days after the Ellansé treatment.

– Wear SPF30+ sunscreen and avoid UV lamp exposure for a few days.

– Avoid steam, sauna, or any other activities involving extreme temperature for 48 hours after the treatment.

– During the first 24 hours after the Ellansé treatment, you should avoid applying any make-up to the treated areas. After 24 hours, you can resume your normal routine.

– Avoid touching or cleansing the injected area for at least 4-6 hours after the injection.

– If there’s bruising in the treatment areas, you can apply Vitamin K cream or arnica gel to speed up the recovery of bruising.
